Shipping--Free Shipping on orders over $150!

We happily ship anywhere and everywhere in the continental USA and offer free ground domestic shipping on orders totaling $150 or more.  

Return Instructions--Please follow the instructions on the return form in your package and return your items within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

Items purchased online MAY ONLY BE RETURNED VIA MAIL AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AT THE STORE. 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS--The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will NOT be issued for the following: 

Swimwear

Intimates

Any and all Sale Items

Shoes

Accessories (jewelry, purses, etc.). 

**If you want to return an item it must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.  Items that do not meet our standards or are non-returnable will be denied and no refund will be processed. 

Return Processing--Your refund will be processed within 10 business days following the receipt of your return. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Items purchased IN STORE may be returned to the store for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY within two weeks of purchase.  Original tags must be attached and garment must be unworn and unwashed.  Sale items, intimates, shoes, and accessories are all final sale.  Items that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted for return. 

 

Standard Ground Service--After credit authorization and verification, you will usually receive your order within 3-6 business days. This is an estimate that does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will tell you the carrier and tracking options. 

2nd Day Service--After credit authorization and verification, you will usually receive your order within 2 business days.  This is an estimate that does not include weekends or holidays.  You will receive a shipping notification email that will tell you the carrier and tracking options. 

PO Boxes--We do not ship to PO Boxes.
